Steve is a New Jersey based personal trainer specializing in custom performance workouts that get you reaching your next level of strength and conditioning. His expertise combined with his high-energy and humor make working out feel less of a chore and more like a jolt of rejuvenation.

Fitness, in its many forms, has always been a part of Steve’s life. What started as a passion, quickly became a lifestyle. He can attest to the fact that staying active through routine work outs has been the single defining factor improving everything else in his life. Now, it’s his goal to bring you on the team and personally guide you to live your best life by becoming your strongest self.

Aside from fitness, his other passion is people. Steve thrives off of connecting with individuals on a personal level and creating custom programs that fit each client’s goals, needs and personality. He works with a wide range of individuals ranging from athletes looking to enhance performance to busy parents looking to increase their energy, strength and body composition.

Steve’s approach to fitness is his same approach in life: work hard, measure progress, and make it fun. Steve is the co-host of the Strongest Self podcast with Zach Bruckner sharing actionable fitness and health insight.

Getting fit is not the same as living fit and, as your personal performance trainer, it’s my job to help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals as well as push you to set new ones.

The workout experience should be safe, progressive and fun. We work on your weaknesses, but also play into your strengths. Yes, we will work hard, progress, and dial in, but with some humor and levity sprinkled in, the experience will become one that you look forward to, not one that you dread.
